Care & Instructions

• Dust the furniture regularly to maintain its cleanliness.
• Wipe the wooden surface with a clean microfiber cloth dampened with a wood-friendly cleanser. Immediately follow up with a dry, soft, lint-free cloth to remove moisture.
• In the case of a spill, gently blot the stain with a clean, dry cloth. Avoid using coarse materials or rubbing the spot harshly.
• Always use mats and coasters before placing hot or cold items on the wooden surface.
• Keep the furniture away from moisture and water to prevent damage.
• Protect the material from direct sunlight and heat to preserve its original quality.
• Keep sharp objects away from the surface to prevent cuts and scratches.
• Avoid contact with chemicals or alcohol, as they may damage the natural finish and durability of the product.
• Important: Do not drag the furniture when relocating it, as this may weaken the joints. Always lift the furniture if you need to move it.

Warranty

This product comes with a 36-month warranty, covering manufacturing or workmanship defects that occur during the warranty period. The warranty is valid for furniture used under normal household conditions.

Exclusions:
This limited warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear due to prolonged use.
• Small cuts, scratches, or damages caused by improper cleaning methods, impacts, or accidents.
• Damage caused by incorrect installation or assembly by the customer.
• Products that have been stored, assembled, or installed incorrectly, used improperly, or cleaned with unsuitable cleaning products (e.g., upholstery may lighten over time when exposed to direct sunlight).
• Cracks resulting from the displacement of the product.
• Decay of wood caused by consistent exposure to water.
• Solid wood will naturally contract and expand due to seasonal climate variations, and this is not covered under the warranty (for solid wood furniture).
• Joint lines, wood grains, or other natural wood characteristics are not defects and are not covered under warranty. Claims for seasonal splits or joint openings are limited to the warranty period from the time of purchase (for solid wood furniture).
• Upholstery fabrics (such as seat covers) are not covered under warranty. For upholstery products, the warranty applies only to the frame and mechanisms, if any.
• Non-standard dry cleaning procedures or the use of harsh chemicals.
• Unevenness of up to 5mm, which is widely accepted due to floor and surface variations, is not covered under warranty.
