• Regularly dust the furniture to maintain its appearance.

• Use a clean microfiber cloth dampened with a wood-friendly cleanser to wipe the wooden surface. Immediately dry the surface with a soft, lint-free cloth.

• In case of spills, gently blot the stain with a clean, dry cloth. Avoid using rough materials or scrubbing the spot.

• Always use mats or coasters to place hot or cold items on the wooden surface.

• Keep the furniture away from moisture and water to preserve its quality.

• Protect the material from direct sunlight and heat to avoid damage.

• Keep sharp objects away from the surface to prevent cuts and scratches.

• Avoid exposing the furniture to chemicals or alcohol, as it could damage the finish and durability.

Warranty

This product comes with a 36-month warranty, covering manufacturing and workmanship defects that occur during the warranty period, provided the furniture is used under normal household conditions.

What is not covered under warranty:

• Normal wear and tear from extended use.
• Small cuts, scratches, or damages caused by improper cleaning methods or accidents/impacts.
• Damage resulting from incorrect installation or assembly by the customer.
• Products that have been stored, assembled, installed incorrectly, used inappropriately, or cleaned with the wrong cleaning methods or products (e.g., upholstery may lighten over time due to direct sunlight exposure).
• Cracks caused by displacement of the product.
• Decay of wood from prolonged exposure to water.
• Seasonal climate changes that cause solid wood to expand and contract. This is not covered under warranty for solid wood furniture.
• Natural wood characteristics such as joint lines, wood grains, or minor splits are not considered defects and are not covered. Claims related to seasonal splits or joints opening are only covered within the warranty period from the date of purchase (for solid wood furniture).
• No warranty on upholstery fabrics such as seat covers. For upholstery items, the warranty covers only the frame and mechanisms, if applicable.
• Non-standard dry-cleaning or use of harsh chemicals.
• Unevenness up to 5 mm due to floor or surface level differences, as per industry standards, is not covered by the warranty.
