Care & Instructions

• Dust the furniture regularly to keep it clean.
• Wipe the wooden surface with a clean microfiber cloth dampened with a wood-friendly cleanser. Immediately follow with a dry, soft, lint-free cloth to remove moisture.
• In case of a spill, gently blot the stain with a clean, dry cloth. Avoid using coarse materials or rubbing the area briskly.
• Always use mats and coasters before placing hot or cold items on the wooden surface.
• Ensure the furniture is kept away from moisture and water to avoid damage.
• Protect the furniture from direct sunlight and heat to preserve its original quality.
• Keep sharp objects away from the surface to prevent cuts and scratches.
• Avoid contact with chemicals or alcohol, as they can damage the natural finish and durability of the product.
• The middle drawer shelf has a horizontal weight-bearing capacity of 10 to 15 kgs.
• Important: Do not drag the furniture when relocating it, as this could weaken the joints. Always lift the furniture when moving it.

Warranty

This product comes with a 12-month warranty, covering manufacturing or workmanship defects that occur during the warranty period. The warranty is valid for furniture used under normal household conditions.

What is not covered under this warranty:

• Normal wear and tear due to prolonged use.
• Small cuts, scratches, or damages caused by improper cleaning methods or impacts/accidents.
• Damage resulting from incorrect installation or assembly by the customer.
• Products that have been stored, assembled, installed incorrectly, used inappropriately, or cleaned with unsuitable cleaning products (e.g., upholstery may lighten if exposed to direct sunlight).
• Cracks caused by displacement of the product.
• Wood decaying due to consistent exposure to water.
• Joint lines, wood grains, or other natural characteristics of wood are not defects and are not covered. Claims for seasonal splits or joint openings are limited to the warranty period from the time of purchase (for engineered wood furniture).
• Upholstery fabrics (such as seat covers) are not covered under warranty. For upholstered products, the warranty applies only to the frame and mechanisms, if any.
• Non-standard dry cleaning procedures or the use of harsh chemicals.
• As per industry standards, unevenness of up to 5mm due to differences in floor or surface levels is acceptable and is not covered under warranty.
