• Damage resulting from misuse or beyond the product’s intended use, including natural wear and tear

• Solid wood furniture may contract or expand due to seasonal climate changes; such changes are not covered under the warranty

• Glue lines or natural wood characteristics (e.g., wood grain patterns, seasonal splits, joint openings) are not considered defects and are not covered. Claims for such issues are limited to the warranty period from the time of purchase for solid wood furniture.
