• Protect the wood from direct sunlight and excessive heat to preserve its quality.
• Keep sharp objects away from the furniture to prevent cuts and scratches.
• Avoid contact with chemicals or alcohol, as they can damage the natural finish and durability of the wood.
• Important: Do not drag the furniture when relocating it, as this may weaken the joints. Always lift the furniture to move it safely.

Delivery:

Our support and delivery teams will coordinate with you to ensure a smooth and hassle-free delivery.

• Free Delivery: Free delivery applies only to the first delivery attempt at your shipping address. If the delivery is missed, an additional charge will apply for a second attempt.
• Service Lift: If there is no service lift available, the delivery will be made to the ground floor of your apartment. Additional charges will apply for deliveries to higher floors, if requested.
• Weekend or Time-Specific Delivery: Extra charges may apply for deliveries scheduled on weekends or at specific times.
• Delivery Hold: If the product is not received within 10 days of arrival at the nearest delivery hub, WoodenStreet reserves the right to modify or cancel the order.

Installation:

Depending on the product’s delivery condition, installation may or may not be required:

• Pre-Assembled: The product comes fully assembled and ready for use, requiring no installation.
• Expert Assembly: If installation is needed, WoodenStreet will provide professional carpenters to properly assemble the product.
• Basic Assembly/DIY: The product requires minimal assembly, which can be done by the customer using the provided tools and instructions. No expert assembly is needed.

Warranty:

This product comes with a 36-month warranty, covering manufacturing or workmanship defects that occur under normal household conditions during the warranty period.

What’s not covered under this warranty:

• Normal wear and tear over time
• Minor cuts, scratches, or damages caused by improper cleaning methods or accidental impacts
• Damage due to incorrect installation/assembly by the customer
• Products that have been stored, assembled, or installed incorrectly, used inappropriately, or cleaned with incorrect methods or products (e.g., upholstery fabric may lighten if exposed to direct sunlight)
• Cracks caused by product displacement
• Wood decay due to consistent exposure to water
• Seasonal wood expansion and contraction, which is common with solid wood furniture and is not covered under warranty
• Natural variations in wood such as joint lines and wood grain patterns, which are not considered defects
• Upholstery fabrics such as seat covers are not covered under warranty (the warranty applies only to the frame and mechanisms, if applicable)
• Damage due to non-standard dry-cleaning or harsh chemicals
• Unevenness up to 5mm caused by floor or surface irregularities, as accepted by industry standards, is not covered
